It is for this reason that all work is guaranteed 100% to be free of construction defects and all fancy knot work to be fair and proper. This guarantee is good for 30 days from date of delivery. Knoticals will not be held liable for shipping and handling. This guarantee is void from customer caused damage. All items are shipped with insurance to you and if sent back should be insured as well. Try as we may to make things 100% we realize that on rare occasions mistakes do happen. This is why we would like your shopping experience to be as pleasant as possible even in that rare instance of a return.

Shipping Policy

Shipping will be by U.P.S.   Rates are listed for each product with options for Next Day, 2nd Day or Ground delivery. Please call or e-mail with questions on rates or to discuss additional shipping options. Size of package, weight and destination are all determining factors. All of the above information is acceptable to the lower 48 states. All others call or e-mail for rates.
